DOMINO-E demonstrates how Europe’s next-generation Earth Observation missions can work together through a federated ground-segment architecture. Integrating the Virtual Assistant Service (VAS), Coverage Service (CS), and Satellite Communication and Resource Management Service (SCRMS), the project enables seamless interaction between users, satellites, and ground stations. Through natural-language commands, automated scheduling, and adaptive communication management, DOMINO-E proves that coordinated EO operations can be faster, more efficient, and fully autonomous — setting a blueprint for Europe’s future space infrastructure.
